4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Discovery sessions are provided at no cost. Implementation projects follow milestone-based billing unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom solutions developed for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. However, Pixel & Cog retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project for future work.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business processes. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel & Cog's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we use industry best practices, technology solutions may have inherent limitations and risks.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
